The Galaxy S9 and S9+ are coming soon, and now we know exactly what they'll look like.
Samsung announced earlier this week that it's holding a special media event on Feb. 25. in Barcelona, where it's widely believed that the South Korean electronics giant will reveal its new flagship phones: the Galaxy S9 and S9+.

Blass, better known by his Twitter handle @evleaks, has a well-established history of obtaining leaked images before a device's launch date, so there's plenty of reason to believe these images are, in fact, legit. We should note, however, that these technically aren't official images -- so things can still change ahead of the official release date.
That said, you can probably count on the Galaxy S9 and S9+ looking quite similar to the leaked photos. Samsung appears to be following the precedent its set for other major releases.
The company's special "Unpacked" event is being held on the Sunday night before the world's largest mobile technology conference, Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona. The company did the same thing last year when it launched the Galaxy S8.

As for what we can expect on the device, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are rumored to have an extremely powerful rear-facing camera. Rumors from earlier this year suggest that they'll both be stocked with a "super speed dual pixel 12MP" sensor, optical image stabilization, and two apertures (f/1.5 and f/2.4). The phones are also rumored to have an iris scanner and stereo speakers tuned by AKG.
Luckily for all of us, we won't need to wait long before getting our hands on the new devices. The official Unpacked event is only about a month away, and we suspect will learn much more about the devices then. In the meantime, at least we can drool over these sweet-looking photos.
